  Great communication! Fantastic service! I was pleasantly surprised when my recent refinance was completed in less than a month...even with an appraisal! I had originally chosen to refinance with my previous lender...after 4 whole months, 2 appraisals and 58 emails to that company, I decided to reach out to Nextgen. Tyler and Don were quick to help. They did in 3 easy weeks what the other company couldn't do in 4 stressful months. Thank you so much!!

  I wanted to refinance but had a lot of difficulty but Don was like an angle sent from heaven, he helped me add my wife in the deed and eventually helped me until we closed. He was very helpful and professional. I will recommend him over and over and he is a really good man. He took me through the process in a professional manner and very nice. I highly recommend Don for the Morgage and next generation company.

  Lisa Kimball and the team at Nextgen Mortgage were very knowledgeable and accommodating to our needs. Lisa helped us get the refinancing that we needed for our home and made sure that we saved as much money as we could. They made the whole experience very easy and I would recommend them to anyone.

  I just completed a refinance with Trevor Pazzanese at Nextgen Mortgage, Inc. I had some very specific requirements for my refinance -- and had shopped around to multiple banks, credit unions, etc.: none called me back! Trevor, however, worked with me and got me a great loan with the options I wanted. When questions / concerns arose, he was quick to respond with the required information and was very professional. The whole process went very smoothly. I highly recommend Trevor and his team to those on the market or looking to refinance.

  My experience with Nextgen Mortgage has been the "Best Experience" that I have had with a lending institution with respect to a mortgage refinance! From the start, my loan officer Dustin Wong was professional in every aspect of customer service. When previous lenders failed to deliver, after leading me to believe that my refinancing goals were achievable, I decided to cease my efforts. Fortunately, I crossed paths with Nextgen and Dustin who was a breath of fresh air. He was honest as well as attentive and responsive to my needs, while keeping me informed throughout the entire process! When I had questions or concerns, he addressed them in a fashion that would best serve my interest unlike many of his competitors. Marianne Deschene was also wonderful to work with displaying professionalism, kindness, and patience. I would without hesitation, refer Nextgen Mortgage to anyone looking to finance a real estate transaction, as I found the Team to be exemplary in customer service!

  When I think of refinancing, I think "I don't have time for this". Never did I think that I'd want to bother. We have used Dustin twice now to refinance! He was on the ball the second that we started talking about refinancing. He communicated quickly and professionally. His response time is top notch! Any questions or concerns were addressed instantly. He and Marianne made the entire process far less painful than we ever imagined. We trust him to find us the best rate and loan to save us the most amount of money. I'll be referring him to my family and friends!!

  I was cold-called about an opportunity to refinance my mortgage. I was hesitant to initiate such a process by phone, but Mr Wong answered my questions and addressed my concerns with respect. While I might have preferred a little more concrete, face-to-face discussion, Nextgen made good on all promises... great interest rate, decent processing costs, easy loan facilitation, and very good customer service. I was quite glad that I took that first phone call.

  I was always told that buying a home would be a headache between all the paperwork, conflicting schedules, and other legalities that can cause the process to be slow and dreadful. Fortunately this wasn't the case at all when working with Nextgen! Mike stayed consistent with fast response times, clearly informing me every step of the way, and making sure I understood everything. He made sure all of my needs were met and even helped me take advantage of every perk that I qualified for. I highly recommend working with Mike and Nextgen for friendly and fast service.
