  Chris is awesome. He helped and patiently guided me through the entire process. He stayed available and in constant contact during a couple of evenings when paperwork needed to be done on time. And he was very clear about what he was going to do, and he did it. I been using him for 5 year's now he helped me refinance last year and always there when I need him.

  Chris is excellent! We first worked with Chris on the original purchase of our home 6 years ago and he made the process so easy. That was especially important since this was our first home and we had a lot of questions and nerves about the purchase. All questions were answered fully and to our understanding which made us so much more relaxed and especially confidant that we had the right person assisting us. Since the purchase Chris has helped us refinance for the lowest rate possible multiple times and every time the process was stress free. Chris is extremely knowledgeable in his field and is there to help in any way and in today's day and age that is very reassuring. I have myself referred multiple people to Chris for his assistance and they have all been beyond satisfied with the results. I will continue to refer anyone looking to buy refinance etc. to Chris in a heart beat.

He was patient and very thorough with answering all of my questions. He responded quickly to all of my emails and phone calls.   Chris worked with miracles to obtain a low interest mortgage for me for my dream house very very close to the beach He has an amazing amount of patience. It took almost 6 months to find what I wanted and he did not give up during that time. He guided me through the process seamlessly. He even reached out to refinance at no cost to me a year later which saved me over $200 a month!

  Chris was Very professional, and very knowledgeable of the loan process for our first mortgage. He was able to connect us with a realtor and together Chris and our realtor were able to get us into our first home. The process was smooth and he made us prepared for the home buying process.   Almost two years ago I wanted to re finance my mortgage on my Condominium. The rate that I was paying was very high. I still had the original mortgage rate from 2007. I began to search the internet for mortgage brokers. I read numerous reviews about various brokers. I was impressed by the ones that I had read about Mortgage Equity Brokers. When I had contacted them I was transferred to Chris Max. He immediately understood my requirements and needs. Although I have a degree in Economics and Finance, transversing the mortgage realm is for the experts. I quickly found out that I was in the proper hands. Chris started the process in a very simplified process. My part was to provide my personal financial information. He did the rest. Within a few days I was already to refinance the property after Chris had done all the research. He led a team that was very professional, efficient and courteous. After a few months the rates went even lower. Chris was right on it. He contacted me and again I refinanced saving even more money. Please note that the second refi was during the beginning of the pandemic . He made certain that all precautions were taken to insure my safety. I was so impressed with Chris that I recommended him to my daughter who had purchased a home just a few months earlier. Again , the experience was exactly the same. My daughter refinanced at a much lower rate. I have recommended him to numerous family members since and will definitely use Chris again for all of my mortgages needs.

  Chris and his team was a pleasure to work with. I refinanced my primary residence and three rental properties and he got me the lowest interest rates that I could find. Chris was very knowledgeable and understanding and handled my refi perfectly. Even when the big bank that I had all my mortgages with kept throwing curveball after a curveball during the process. I plan on using him for all future purchases in refi‘s and would recommend him to anyone.
