  I've been working with Cory for a little over a year now. We've placed offers on commercial (1+MM) and SFRs through his sourcing over the past year. As with all things, check your due diligence. Cory and I have had respectful disagreements in the past, but he has often been right in the end. He's timely, checks in frequently, and seeks to understand your end-to-end goals.   Cory is my contact and He is awesome! He sends me leads that fit exactly what I am looking for. I would have given five stars over all but in this "Rat race market" New Western prices are just a bit high...not pricing you out of a purchase though! I still buy from them!!! The team is Great! They always have some of the best properties and their process is seamless.
