  The employees and branch manager are rude, unprofessional and incompetent in handling important banking matters. They created a mess with an estate account. Terrible customer service, they do not return calls, brushing you off as if they have no time to clean up a mess they caused. I ended up having to call corporate to clear the matter up. If anyone is thinking of using this bank, I strongly recommend that you don't, and that you choose another bank or atleast another branch. Avoid this one at all cost.

  I had a cash deposit and the teller did not count the money in front of me but proceeded to put the cash into a counting machine. The cash was $140 short and she was not able to open the machine but said they would audit the counting machine and got my phone number to call me. Never getting a call, I went back the next day and was told the money was the same. I never saw this counting machine before on the teller's desk, always the one on the back ledge that would spit the money out as it was counted. I waited and waited for the manager. This is like when people were getting ripped off by the coin counting machine! Never going back there again after that scam

  I just tried to cash a check drawn on PNC bank in the drexeline shopping center. First, my pa drivers license was not sufficient,so I had to provide a second form of I'd. Then they tried to surcharge me a 10 dollar fee for a check drawn from them! I will never do business with this financial institution again. This is the most insulting,humiliating,offensive bank I have ever had the misfortune of interacting with

  Love this branch. Never have long waits in line. Tellers are friendly and helpful. They closed my old PNC branch so I thought I would give this location a try and was pleased

  Drive thru closed, one teller, was in line for 20 minutes. All other staff doing nothing, but they have a separate greeter saying “Thank you for choosing PNC!” Do NOT bank here.

  The one cashier with the Russian accent was so horrible that I walked out without getting anything done. I will never go back there. Horrible branch.
