  Michael was awesome. Closed 1 day early and everything went smoothly. I purchased another home but couldn't move in until payment went through and Michael was an 😇 angel and made sure everything was done so I could move same day. I highly recommend Michael and his Team. They gave me the best offer out of 3. I would use again. Very happy with my decision to sell to him.

  EZ is one of the best wholesalers I have ever worked with in 4 years of investing. He found me a property within a week of first speaking to him He is also prompt, efficient and is very knowledgeable. He stays in communication with you from start to finish.   We purchased a few homes in the last year from Ezana Kavanaugh at New Western Acquisitions in Georgetown. The process was smooth and Ez was super helpful in getting my questions answered and facilitating the closing. One of EZ best attributes is that he understands our business. This is crucial and cuts down our due diligence time because we know that we can trust him. Ez always follows up on all of our questions and concerns in a timely matter.
