  My cousin Shelia (SRT Realty) suggested that I use Andy's company as my lending institution. My original lender had me bringing a little over $12,000 to closing. My cousin immediately placed me on a call with Andy, he ran through the numbers and immediately told me that if I worked with him my closing cost would be cut in half. Of course I jumped on that, Andy’s numbers were even better than half at closing, I closed today and only needed $5200 now that’s beyond what I call a blessing! Andy is very punctual, professional, and he has his heart in the right place. For that I sincerely thank you for all that you have done.   I have worked with Andy for more than 15 years and as a broker what I will say is that he saves deals. I met Andy working a deal that no other lender could get done and he took it ran with it and closed it. I was impressed and even 15+ years later I still go to him to get my clients closed.
