  They were top notch! Dominic my loan advisor kept me in the loop from start to finish. He made the whole process super easy for me, and answered all of my questions promptly and courteously. He got me a fantastic rate and they were able to close my loan in about 3 weeks after I my house went under contract. I’ve bought and refinanced several homes over the past 20 years, and never has my experience been so smooth, easy and pleasant! I would use them again in a heartbeat and 100% recommend to anyone who wants competitive rates, great service and an awesome experience.

  We are first time home buyers and the team made us feel very comfortable with the process. We got our pre-qualified letters quickly, and there was never more than 12 hours between us calling or emailing and getting a response from our lender.

  After dealing with several unprofessional brokers, I can say working with Sean at New Mexico Mortgage Advisors was a breath of fresh air. He was informative and efficient. All of our questions were answered in a timely and detailed manor. We were impressed with the level of professionalism from start to finish. A nice touch was at the closing we were given a gift bag containing a binder with all the documents, coffee mug, artisan bread and jam.

  Sean McMurtry made my refinance as easy as possible. I was looking to refinance with my existing mortgage company and was getting the run around. A friend told me about Sean and from our first conversation I knew I was in the right hands. Sean was able to reduce my interest loan almost 3/4 percentage from my currant loan and made this seem almost too easy. I will recommend Sean to all my friends and coworkers.   Sean and his team did a great job with our refinance. He was very responsive when we had questions, got us a great rate and even a little money back at the end. I would highly recommend using them for any mortgage loans.
