  Brian just helped me close on my very first house and i am so happy i went with New Horizon for my mortgage. Brian is very knowledgeable and gave me a great recommendation for an attorney, Glenn Murphy. When things didn't go the way they were supposed to with filing, Brian went out of his way to find a quick resolution and to make it up to me, which i didn't even feel was necessary from him. I would recommend New Horizon Co. to anyone buying a house and if i can, i will go to Brian again.

  While the process of buying my first home was long due to delays on the Seller’s side, Brian Ambrose was with me EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. I contacted Brian initially based on a referral from a close friend and positive online reviews. My girlfriend and I couldn’t have been more satisfied with Brian’s professionalism and exceptional knowledgeable of the real estate market and mortgages in regards to the ever so changing mortgage interest rates. Brian gave us excellent guidance, and unflagging availability to reach him when needed. My girlfriend and I are now officially in our first home and will be working again with Brian in the future!

  We used New Horizon to purchase our new home- first call to Brian was on 12/8/2015 and we close on 1/21/2016. Brian is a consummate professional. He seems to work effortlessly with all involved. He is beyond knowledgable, easily reachable and simply a really, really nice person. Our process went better than smoothly and it is without doubt, because of Brian.   We used New Horizon to finance the purchase of our first home last month, and the whole experience was phenomenal. From the pre-approval process to closing the sale, Brian was with us every step of the way, explaining every part of the application and paperwork in detail. We didn't have any idea of what we were doing, and we had a lot of friends who warned us that financing was the WORST part of the process--horror stories of banks losing paperwork, never being available to answer questions, closings postponed, etc. We were approved through a bank as well, and it was so hard to get information from them or get questions answered. But Brian was available any time, always easy to get via e-mail or phone, and totally helpful and professional. He handled so much of it for us, working closely with our realtor and lawyer throughout the process, and there was never even a hiccup. We closed seamlessly (a week early, even!), wondering why it was all so easy! We enthusiastically recommend Brian to anyone looking to buy or refinance a home, ESPECIALLY if you're a first-timer!   Brian helped me finance my condo almost 3 years ago and he did such a great job that I did not hesitate to reach out to him for my and my next move. My fiance and I were extremely busy with wedding planning in the midst of our last month of our engagement, when we decided to act on a house on the street that we were eyeing. Brian responded minutes after our initial contact and continued to be extremely efficient and responsive throughout the process. Brian got us pre-approved later that day and we won the bid with expectations of an aggressive close date. Brian knew exactly what it took to do so, and was available to answer questions and give us the necessary information to guide us through each decision along the way. Brian worked very well with everyone involved to be available and flexible with us during this busy time in our lives. With his help, we were ahead of schedule and managed to close in 35 days, and 5 days before our wedding -it takes a knowledgeable and hard working loan officer to pull something like that off!   I've been holding off on refinancing for awhile because I thought it would take to much of my time and it would be to much of a hassle. A friend ask me have I refinance yet and I said no. They said they had a great experience refinancing their home through Brian. So I decided to give him a call. Brian was great to work with. I dealt with him mostly through email and phone. He work around my time and always reply back in a timely manner. The process was smooth as could be. I am glad I made that call. I would definitely recommend giving Brian a call if your looking to refinance your home.

  Recently used New Horizon for my home purchase. Brian was great from start to finish. My purchase had some challenging deadlines which were met with no issues and he got me a great rate.   Absolutely unbelievable experience. Brian was able to come up with solutions for me that other lenders didn't seem to know even existed. The entire process was seamless, quick and easy. That alone is impressive, the fact that I can say that having never met Brian in person is a real testament to his professionalism and communication skills.   After dealing with two other miserable mortgage brokers, Brian was referred to me. To my surprise, he was exceptional. He responded to all my questions and needs in an efficient and timely manner. Best of all, he would reach out to me to fill me in on anything. We had a few hiccups but he was able to work his magic and make it happen!   Brian helped us buy our first home last year. As a first time home buyer we had no clue about the whole process.
