  Everything the reviews say about Nicole is true. She’s so professional, thorough, patient, clear, polite, smart, understanding, responsive,... I could keep going. She just made everything in this very daunting process so easy for us. It’s unreal how responsive she is. So easy to get in touch with her and explains things on the spot, she knows her stuff. If she doesn’t have an answer right then and there, she will let you know she’s working on it and come back so fast with an answer. She fixes problems just as fast with solutions that manage to make everyone happy. I had an identity theft issue during refinance, she helped me handle it. We would overlap interest payment days because of delays during refinance, she found a solution for it. We worked with her on our purchase and again on our refinance and will continue to keep going back to her for all of our mortgage needs. You would think with how hard she works that Nicole is all business but besides her work ethic, she’s incredibly kind and I compassionate. Two years after we worked with her on our purchase, my mother passed away and I posted about it on Facebook. Nicole saw my posts and mailed us a condolences card with my moms picture on it. It was just so thoughtful and kind and showed the people-centered side of home buying. It’s not just about money it’s about people making homes and families and Nicole gets that. She’s truly a unique person.

  Nicole Kittredge at Envoy was fantastic. There are many options to refinance and many places have similar rates, but the best option is to go with someone who is professional, responsive and courteous. Nicole is all those things. She provided the necessary paperwork promptly, answered my questions quickly and gave me an excellent rate. We started to go with another company but soon realized they misrepresented the terms.
