  It definitely wasn't professional to us She was never available!! I like supporting black business!! We faithful paid our money !! It very hard to pay for a service that you are not getting....it's okay.....business is business ! Just treat people right !! We had to always call them ...they never call you....its a waiting game

  I signed up with this company in good faith from a family member that had newly signed up. I explained my credit situation ( not terrible but we all want better credit for the most part) and Yvette tells me " listen to what I say and let me guide you to better credit) . I make my first months payment upfront and a month later I find out that my first batch of disputes were not sent out until a month after (meaning a paid a month of service and received no service), even after this I still trusted Yvette to help my credit situation. After 5 months of consecutive payments there has been absolutely zero positive change on my credit report. Zero inquiries were removed, zero Late payments were even disputed and zero collections accounts have been removed. This is my first time leaving a negative review but when it comes to getting peoples hopes up with the sole intent in mind of swindling hard working people out of their money with out any results to show that's when I have to speak up. I've wasted hundreds of dollars and time with this company. If your going to repair your credit I strongly recommend Lexington law or at least a company backed by the BBB. Yvette seems like a nice person but as far as repairing credit this is a terrible investment. I would not recommend this 'company' to anyone. The customer service is great , Yvette will always get back to you and answer your calls but the results are what matters and I have none to show from the money I've spent.

  Yavett has been handling my credit issues for 6 years I forget how I got in touch with her but thank God I did she is magnificent. I highly recommend her services. Thank you Yavett for all you've done for me and the sweet person you and your staff are. Tommy Kelly TJKPAVING

  This is the place to go. I have to disagree with all bad reviews because from what I’ve recieved I’m seeing progress for the money I spent. I recieve exactly what I was told. She is ping a fantastic job and I have results to prove it.

  Mrs.Yvette is awesome! I recommend anyone to her. She is forward, patient, and will get your credit where it needs to be. As long as you do what she tell u too do.
