  I had such a wonderful experience at US Auto Sales , they had such great customer service , made sure I was satisfied & was leaving with a car that I really wanted. Even though I had a couple of issues on my end , they still called every day checking to make sure that everything was okay. Would definitely recommend them ! Thank You US Auto Sales !!

  John Brown is the real deal. I have a crazy work schedule and he really worked with me with it. He came in early stayed late he really made me feel like he cared about me getting my car. Their car selection is amazing and if you saw a car on another lot you want he will go there and get it for you. There is nothing bad that I can say about the team here at US Auto Sales in Albany, GA if you are looking for a great car, great customer service, and great deals this is the place for you.

  My wife is a service member and was trying to get her account adjusted under her SCRA rights. Called multiple times and not one customer service member was helpful. Our car was even shut off because of their failure to fix our account. We have a daughter and had to ride with friends to take her to school. This problem is still not fixed. I’m appalled at this treatment of our service members and their customers. I would not recommend this company to anyone! PLEASE RUN AWAY WHILE YOU CAN!!!!

  I had such a great experience at US Auto sales , I was a little discouraged at first and a rocky start but mr.kentrell definitely made sure he could put me in something to ride in , they are very good people & customer service is great and I’m glad I was able to do business with them!   Barry and John are 2 of the best sales guys. They sure do go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. I got the perfect car for myself and thet made it great for me. My husband wanted a car so back we went to get him one and they definatley went above and beyond to make my husband happy. I can honestly say i have never seen any other salesmen do what they do to make a customer happy. If you need a car definatley go to us auto sales in Albany and ask for john or barry they turley are the best! I give them 5stars...thank you again Barry and John for all your hard work
