The many clients I've sent his way have all been 100% grateful and thoroughly impressed at his knowledge, experience and professionalism. New American Funding is quick and precise. Never a guessing game. Their ability to close loans in 21-30 days is ideal when competing as well. I will never trust another mortgage company or lender officer more!

  We had been thinking of doing a refi as interest rates were dropping and equity in the property was rising. Our original mortgage was with New American Funding, I’d forgotten they said they would contact us after 2yrs to see if they could be of service, which they did. Met with Nick at their Poulsbo office went home with a rate we really liked. Then did some shopping around and found even better offers online. Well after 3 weeks of one unfulfilled promise after another online, we went back to Nick and NAF. Although our time on the offer had expired they honored it. The entire process fast and efficient, NAF made no promises they couldn’t fulfill. We would not hesitate to use them again if needed and recommend them for your mortgage needs. ALOHA
