  I came into the Poulsbo branch of Kitsap Bank today to get some legal documents signed and notarized. I was assisted by Garrett at the counter and Michelle Shannon who served as the Notary. This was my first visit to the Poulsbo branch office and do most of my business at the Port Orchard branch. Both Garrett and Michelle were SUPER nice and helpful, while also being efficient and professional. I was VERY impressed and pleased with them both and the service I received at the Poulsbo branch of Kitsap Bank today, May 19, 2022. Thank You!!! CLM

  Bad experience opening a small business account, bad experience trying to withdrawal cash, bad experience trying to get a notary signature. Customer service is poor and the employees act like you are an inconvenience. The Bainbridge branch is great, if you use Kitsap Bank, it’s worth the extra drive.

  These folks are the best!! We have always had fast, friendly, excellent service. Joy gave us personal and special help today that would likely save us and our family future distress. Adelma gave us warm hugs, happy to be able to serve us indoors once again. This is the kind of banking institution we all need where questions and concerns are addressed locally and directly.   Branch is very unfriendly, they hired a newish employee (younger) who was very sweet, but everyone else seems like its a nuisance or hassle to handle the services they provide. You feel like no one is happy when walking into the branch. I had been a customer for over ten years and never felt that way at the Silverdale, Kingston or Bainbridge branch but here it was every time. I closed my accounts and went to Columbia because Kitsap also charges pretty high service fees, etc which you can avoid at Columbia with direct deposit, etc.

  Been banking in poulsbo 20 + years. This branch is rather unfriendly no one says hello or even looks at the customer's as they come in .never. Welcome or we will be with you Sir . i feel like id rather not go in. Customer service is important !

  Kitsap Bank really cares about the community. I have found them to be considerate and caring for their clients. Watching out for their clients well being and being sure to get the job done.

  Forced an elderly client to go through the drive-thru line of CARS using only a walker. It's all ONLY about the bottom line to this institution. Save yourselves so many headaches - opt for a credit union instead.

  They are the absolutely worst bank I I have ever encountered in Poulsbo Washington their counterpart on Bainbridge Island were very polite and helpful

  Some staff are courteous. As other banking institutions are, they should afford their customers open hours on Saturday!

  Staff is very helpful and polite, my wife and I are remembered by name and greeted every time we walk in! Wouldn’t bank anywhere else.
