  Zack Duncan and team are the easiest to work with! They make the lending process very smooth and are people you can trust!   Professionalism , efficiency and kindness are the hallmarks of this company, which seems to have customer service as their main goal. Their level of knowledge - knowing just when the rates would be at their lowest - proved invaluable when I applied for a refinance. All this combined with total transparency throughout made for a seamless process where I was kept in the loop throughout. Any questions I had were addressed immediately and thoroughly.   Great Experience! My husband and I originally started our loan process through a bank we used on our first home. The process was long and drawn out and our closing date kept getting pushed back. My realtor connected me with Zack and I'm truly sorry I didn't switch sooner!! The communication was awesome with the entire team and they were fast and efficient. Zack even came to my signing! what other company does that? None that I know of. If you're looking for a mortgage loan that actually appreciates you, and moves quickly while keeping you informed, Zack Duncan is the way to go!

  I worked with Zack and Michael who were extremely helpful. As a single person who works full time they were able to work around my schedule, get me a great rate, and close quickly despite my limited budget and out of the box financial situation when it came to down payment. I'd called local banks and credit unions before being referred to New American and no one was as helpful or had a better rate than Zack and Michael were able to provide! They were able to qualify me for more and get me a lower rate than anyone else I spoke with. As a single 20 something who works in the nonprofit world, I didn't think becoming a homeowner in the competitive Portland market would be possible but Zack and Michael made it happen! I would recommend them to anyone.

  Wendy Schelske was absolutely amazing throughout our whole home buying process. Wendy was super friendly, responsive and truly went above and beyond. Once she had all our financial information, Wendy called to explain the different loan types my wife and I qualified for and made suggestions based off her years of experience. Wendy and her team worked with our realtor around the clock, even writing offers after hours to meet demanding deadlines. We just closed on our new home and are so thankful!

  An EXTREMELY HUGE shoutout to Wendy Schelske with New American Funding! As a first time home buyer, I came into the loan process very overwhelmed and stressed. I talked to a few different bank, did some online research and fortunately, I was referred to Wendy from a friend! If anyone is looking to refinance or to get a home loan I highly highly recommended her!
