  This Mortgage Company is the best. I had no knowledge about buying a home. I spoke with David Ames. David assured me he would help. Today I no longer pay rent I have a home. The staff and David stayed in touch throughout the process. The company made my dream come true. They are the best. Each time my husband and I called with concerns someone replied. The process was not a bumpy ride each step was communicated. Thank you David and the staff. We highly recommend this company to help make your dreams come true when purchasing your dream home.

  I can’t say enough great things about working with David. He patiently answered all of our laymen questions, sometimes responding to emails or calls within minutes. His whole team was very responsive actually! We told David our ideal timeline which was fairly limited and he was able to exceed that timeframe by days, all while giving us what felt like VIP treatment (and we’re nobody LOL).   Everything was done in a professional, timely and complete fashion. I would have liked for more transparency and more of a sense of what to expect when. There were some things that I understand now that were completely normal that gave us a bit of panic at the time as we didn't know to expect them. This may be normal for the industry, but for someone who sells and buys a house every 20-25 year it can exacerbated an already stressful situation. All in all, I think they did a great job.
