  My husband and I moved from Ohio to Florida in October, 2019 to retire. We have family in Bradenton, but not sure where we wanted to settle in. We met our realtor, Jeff Harkey, from Medway Realty soon after beginning our home search. Jeff put us in touch with Dan McKee from New American Funding to start pre approval process. When we found our place, Dan walked us through the lending process with the best professional customer service I have ever had. As a previous banker with lending background, I truly appreciated Dan’s expertise. Soon after the lending process began, my husband became critically ill and was hospitalized in ICU for 22 days. Between Dan McKee and Jeff Harkey, they came to the hospital on several occasions to obtain documents, sign papers and add never-ending emotional support to me during that stressful time. I was able to sign and send docs electronically to both Dan and Jeff to complete paperwork, plus a representative from Dan’s office, Jason Crites, spent hours on the phone with me retrieving information, bank statements, etc. Who would ever think any company would provide the level of customer service that we received? In addition, We were referred to Mary Ann Hostetler from WR Title Services in Bradenton, who handled the title work with the same level of service, professionalism and empathy for all that my husband and I were going through. She even came to the rehab hospital my husband was transferred to so that we could sign all closing docs! Who does this in today’s world? All I can say is that it was very evident God was once again watching over us and sent these “angels” to help us through this tough time. We wholeheartedly thank Dan, Jeff and Mary Ann and are forever grateful to them. Would we recommend them to others? You bet we will, without a doubt!!! Thank you, Lynda & Elton White

  Matt Hansard was phenomenal. We purchased an investment property without a real estate agent and needed some hand holding which Matt did not have to do by any stretch of the imagination but did, and with pleasure. He was always available for questions throughout the process, was concise and clear in his explanation of every step of the loan process. Sometimes you know from the first interaction you are working with a rockstar. That rockstar is Matt. Hands down amazing.

  Most amazing experience! We hear horror stories all the time about what people have to endure in order to purchase a home and I must say we were pleasantly surprised!
