  My experience with Bob Rutledge and New American mortgage was great …I feel Bob was very knowledgeable and professional and he was there for me .. He walked me through this process with a professional and pleasant attitude.. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure to take his time to explain all the steps so I understood everything .. He was very pleasant and informative at all times, I’m not the easiest guy to deal with at times if I’m not sure about something or I’m not understanding. .. His patients with me was like no other ! He was happy to make sure I was understanding everything.. Bob is a great asset to this company and without a doubt I would and I’m going to refer him to everybody I know, Once again Thank you Bob and new American mortgage for giving me this opportunity to have the home of my dreams and you made it happen so quickly.. If you need a loan officer this guy is the best give him your info and watch him work his magic you won’t be disappointed,

  I recently closed on my home with Bob. I can not say enough good things about his level of knowledge, communication and how seamless he made this process.   As first time homebuyers my spouse webs I were initially pretty intimidated at the whole loan process. So glad we found Bob and his team. If you want fast, efficient, professional and friendly definitely contact Bob. They went above and beyond, getting our loan together in super human speed. They explained things in layman's terms so we know what was going on every step of the way. Best of all Bob was more than happy to answer any silly questions I had, even outside of work hours with zero judgement and a friendly attitude.
