  Connor was an absolute pleasure to work with. As a first-time home buyer, I was unaware of the process from a lending perspective. Connor took the time and effort to explain everything in a manner that was easy to understand. He was always available, whether that was asking for a pre-approval on a Saturday night or just answering our many questions that we had. We were in a unique situation in that our closing period was very short, which raised some concern, but Connor worked relentlessly with his team to ensure that we were prepared for closing . Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend contacting Connor for any of your mortgage needs.

  Connor is incredible! My process started soon after I found out I was expecting my son, clearly this created a short window of time to go through the approval process, find a home, and close before the baby’s arrival. Connor was persistent, organized, and extremely professional and helpful. Needless to say, we conquered what I thought was impossible and now I’m in my new home with my new baby. Thank you to everyone who helped me accomplish buying my first home. I couldn’t be happier!

  Never in my wildest dreams would I think the process of obtaining a mortgage would be so incredible that it prompted me to leave a review. My wife and I started the process of looking for a home 4 or so months ago and JUST closed on our dream home. The seller asked for a quick close, which meant we have a very short time to get all the information we needed to the underwriter. Thankfully we had Connor to help us out! Despite my hectic summer work schedule he was always on top of the latest documents, reminding me, walking me through why and when we needed them, and submitting them quickly. For a first time homebuyer it was absolutely a dream. Thank you Connor and New American Funding for helping me and my family obtain our piece of the American Dream!
