  As first-time home buyers, my wife and I had a lot to learn about the process and everything that goes into it. Bob and the staff at New American Funding couldn't have made it any easier for us. Despite giving them a quick turn-around for closing, they were able to get everything set up for us and into our new home on time.   We can't say enough great things about Bob! He is so easy to work with, easy to get in touch with when you need him, and if you have to leave a message he gets back to you almost immediately. His positive attitude is inspiring and he makes us feel like we've known him our entire lives. We would never work with anyone else, and will recommend Bob at every opportunity.

  Buying a new home is a ton of work, but we had the smoothest transition working with Chao Vang at New American Funding. He was knowledgeable and help made our whole loan experience simple. Definitely recommend family and friends to use them and especially recommend working with Chao.

  Bob Haft from New American Funding is a pro at what he does. Bob and his team were able to set up our financing after we had issues with our previous lender. They even did it in month's time! The New American Funding people are awesome communicators, amazing educators and are also super polite! I highly recommend Bob Haft and New American Funding for anyone in any situation.

  This company was recommended to us by a friend.We contacted Jon and within hours we had a pre approved letter. We didnt think it was possible for us to have a house this year but Jon work with us to get our documents and the same week we were looking at houses. All of this was new to us and he even recommended a great realtor for us to work with. The whole process was so smooth n easy and affordable. We now have our house and baby on the way. Great company for first time home owner.

  Absolute disappointment. It’s hard to even put in words. I went with a mortgage rep with many years of experience but it meant nothing. Go with a locally owned bank/mortgage lender. New American is a large corporation that uses underwriting based in California. Don’t expect local, logical or reasonable from this mortgage lender. I ended up going with a different lender that helped me secure my mortgage needs met quickly and with timely communication.

  This is the 2nd transaction I’ve had with Bob Haft and new American funding for a home loan. They are all professionals with the perfect amount of being personable. My wife and I felt like we were in good hands the entire process. The best part is they ACTUALLY stay around and service the loan, nice local phone number to call if you have questions about your loan. Will be a customer for life(or at least 30 years, Lol)
