  I visited this location to obtain a title loan. I paid the loan quickly and was told my title would be returned in 3 weeks. 2 months later I called this location to inquire about my title. I was told that the DMV has been moving slowly and has been in possession of my title all along. I could tell it was a lie because I am a professional salesman and I pick up on small details and verbal mistakes. So I called the DMV to confirm. The DMV stated that my title was returned to the lien holder the day after it arrived(nearly 2 months ago) because it was improperly filed. So, my title has effectively been stolen and I am in the process of filing a case with the local police who will likely do nothing. BBB will also be notified. Thanks.

  Kate the associate who help me with receiving my loan was kind and very courteous explain the process thoroughly i had a good experience going their better rates than all of the places in town and better customer service.
