e Thack1Don't answer the phone, not even a recording, ATM is down 1/2 the time, drive thru closed today 4-29-20 by 4:30 even though website says drive thru open to 5:30, can't call to find out....update 3-18-22 worst bank ever, made cash deposit at drive thru ATM, would not process deposit, at drive thru representative told me they do not service that ATM only one out front and would need to file dispute, ATM serviced on Tues and Thursday only, then additional 2-3 business days before access to deposit, so total of 7-10 days before cash deposit is accredited to account! Said they always recommend using ATM on the bank not drive thru, never told me that nor have they placed a sign up.Worst bank ever, keeps your money and says sorry 7-10 days before you can access your cash deposit. Also surprisingly no response from bank as other reviews get!!!!

Daniel Banks1I recently moved to Nevada from Idaho. We opened an account with NV state bank. Last week we closed our bank accounts in Idaho and were given a cashiers check. I deposited this check at this branch last Thursday. I was told that since it was over 5000 dollars that they were going to put a hold on the check, for seven business days, on the amount that exceeded 5,000. Which I consented too. I checked my online balance the next day and it reflected this. My available balance reflected $5,000 more available and the additional amount still pending. I wanted to make a big purchase for Christmas. Today I checked my online balance right before purchasing and now the entire amount of that check is still pending and not reflected in my available online balance. This prevented me from making a purchase, today, that I traveled out of town to make. Keep in mind this is a cashiers check from my old bank that was issued when I closed my account, far from a risky personal check. I am clueless why this bank changed their mind and did this without informing me. I am beyond annoyed and will be exploring other banking options in the Elko area. There is nothing like not having access to your money during the Christmas season.

munkybabii1I have visited and had accounts with banks in multiple states but I have never been in a bank with a rude teller before. My husband and I were looking to open an account with a local bank. We will definitely be looking elsewhere.
