      Stepped in to cash a small check for the first time and the teller who helped me was wagma i believe, she made me feel very unwelcomed and asked very unprofessionally why my bank wouldn't cash the check if it was such a small amount. As we were finished she counted the money back to me and didn't say anything else afterwards, i was a little confused not knowing if she was done with me or not since she didnt bother asking if there was anything else she could assist me with. I hate being rude so I just smiled, wished her a great day and walked away. Really disappointed with my first experience at this branch.

      Customer service is horrible, I called over the phone and was hanged up twice. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone because when you need something resolved they just ignore your needs. HORRIBLE!!!

      Caution! DO NOT DECIDE TO DO ANY BANKING ACTIVITY WITH THIS BANK! I just opened a account for Seniors. It was suppposed to be Checking only! Boy did I get a surprise on that one. The process was done online on 2/24/19, the next day I was emailed an application review and contact with 1-2 business days. Well the joke in on me!. The moment I completed the process, my inner self said, "BAD MOVE". All hell and beyond broke out. My access to the online banking system was shut down with no access, after two days they started bleeding my poor account with withdrawal late fees for Checking and Savings. Now I am scratching my head and wondering where in the HEdouble chopsticks did the Savingsaccouint come from. All week this banks has been depleting funds from my account to a account I do not have access to. Yet, they gave me account numbers with denied online access. Then I received a email from Craig Kirkland, Ex VP, Director of Retail Banking to verify deposits by clicking on the verify link. WTH! In blue it is written: CAUTION EXTERNAL EMAIL: DO NOT OPEN ATTACHMENTS OR CLICK ON LINKS FROM UNKNOWN SENDERS OR UNEXPECTED EMAILS. What the Fart! I have been call there so call customer service for 3 days and I receive is ringing for hours then a dial tone. I just applied for this account on Sunday, now Thursday I am in ship load of POOP! MESSAGE: IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE POOP ON BY NEVADA STATE BANK, RUN! DONT WALK AWAY! THIS BANK IS PRACTICING FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY. RUN, RUN, RUN

      Do not go to this Us Bank branch. The manager named Britani Rogers is very rude and disrespectful as well as uncaring. She made a mistake of lying to me saying my withdrawal was processed and gave me the money without properly completing the task. 15 business days later the money was taken from my account By Britani because she realized she had made the mistake and decided to cover her butt and process the withdrawal almost an actual month later. Thinking it was fraud I went into the branch. Britani not only did not apologize for her mistake causing me to be short on rent. But she also processed to blame the mistake on me stating I should have known. I was not refunded. When I stated I would close my account she got an attitude and quickly closed my account. I called the district manager and he Malcom also refused to refund the money. Bottom line they are lying to customers then screwing them over without a thought.

      Atm down. Held to deal with wagma and her attitude. All i needed was a check and to deposit money. Made me fill out the paper work as i held a baby in one arm. Customer service.. Just help me out and ill sign it Your bank is always a pain. Ready to switch after only 2 years

      I've been with this bank & this specific branch since February 1992. The personnel go above & beyond what any other financial institution can imagine. They are the best, without a doubt!

      My son tried to cash his paycheck, which was drawn from this branch and they refused because he had an out of state ID. WTH... 2 forms of ID was required and provided. Never go back

      Second time I’ve went for an account and horrible service no one says hi no one smiles horrible place I left and will be going to another bank

      Very rude Bankers all the bankers inside are so rude and try to refuse servicing you, every single time I go here I have issues the manager lady is nice but there bankers are stuck up people that try to complicate your experience, this branch on Sandhill and flamingo they should fire all the bankers and hire people that actually appreciate the opportunity they been giving ungrateful , I've banked with nevada State bank for 11 years and never have I felt so unpleasant experience in this Branch on Sandhill and flamingo I was actually pist living the bank made my stomach upset.
