  The team at Nevada County mortgage went above and beyond for me. They helped me navigate through this process of buying a home and they were there for me every step of the way. Every time I had a question I could email the team and get a response within minutes. One time I even sent a message at 10 o’clock at night and Paul responded to me within seconds. I had to put in several offers on homes before finally getting my offer accepted . Every time it was rejected Shelley and her team would reach out to me encouraging me to push forward. Because of Covid I never even got to meet these wonderful people but they have been with me for seven or eight months now. They feel like family. Please do yourself a huge favor if looking to purchase a home and go with these folks at Nevada County Mortgage. Best decision!

  Nevada County Mortgage provides outstanding customer service. The staff are highly professional and personable. They are accessible after hours and each staff member is ‘in the loop’ of each client’s mortgage project needs. They made our new mortgage process ‘seamless’ and provided excellent follow-up.   Several years ago my wife and I tried to do a home refinance using Rocket Mortgage. It was an absolute nightmare. Never talked to the same person twice and felt like we were just a number. A co worker of my wife suggested that we reach out to Nevada County Mortgage. We worked with Wendy Wells. What a night and day difference. Any question we had we were able to quickly communicate with her. We had such a wonderful experience that we reached out to her again when we decided to purchase our new home. Same results.   I would highly recommend Nevada County Mortgage to anyone seeking a loan in the Grass Valley Area. I had purchased a home in Oregon though Rocket Mortgage and hated dealing with their pushy loan officer and receiving constant texts from their automated system, checking on my status of finding a home to purchase, after they had approved my application. While my daughter searched for a home in Nevada county, I was introduced to Wendy Wells at NCM and was very impressed with the personalized service and her complete understanding and ability to communicate to me everything that I needed to do as a buyer from out of state. She not only got me a great rate, but she also helped me with finding the best insurance company and even referred me to a roofing company that saved me a lot of money.   Wendy and the whole team at Nevada County Mortgage made buying our first home a no-stress process! Wendy worked directly with my real estate agent to write offers, and adjust as needed.   Recently decided to refinance my home mortgage and dreaded the paperwork, etc. - but Nevada County Mortgage made the process so easy, smooth, and stress-free! Our Broker Associate - Wendy Wells - was very knowledgeable, professional, communicative, responsive and affable. Her helpfulness made the experience more of a pleasure than a chore.
