  Buying our home in Grass Valley was a positive experience in part because of the great work of Heidi Seavers at Movement Mortgage. Leading up to finding the right home Heidi patiently provided a cost analysis of multiple potential homes that I found which helped me see whether or not I could afford the monthly costs. She personally responded to my emails and calls in a timely manner. And her knowledge of the area allowed her to direct me to an excellent option for home insurance.   The Seavers were great to work with! We found them to be very knowledgeable and efficient. Our financing was very involved to include an estate and a trust. They knew exactly what to do and made the process move quickly and easily. They even found us new homeowners insurance which saved us over $3000 a year with better coverage!   Heidi and her team are amazing! We were first time home buyers, relocating, with a fast approaching hard deadline to find a home and move. Working with Heidi and getting our loan was by far the smoothest and easiest part of the whole process! Heidi really takes the time to answer all our questions, she was always available and we never felt rushed. I can't say enough good things about Heidi. She was able to find us the best rates/loan over any other loan officer in the area.   Heidi was recommended to us by our agent. We wanted to go through someone local and we’re so glad we did. She was a pleasure to work with and made the whole buying experience a breeze. My husband and I have purchased a number of homes over the years and none of them have gone as smoothly as this purchase. In the past, there seemed to always be a time right before closing that something would have fallen through the cracks or more information was needed but not this time. This purchase was a quick and painless process and I almost started questioning how it was so easy. Even after the purchase had closed, she was available to explain questions and really cared how things were going. I would recommend Heidi and her team to anyone purchasing a home!

  Heidi and the team are the best. Heidi was fantastic about answering all the questions we had and answered with an immense amount of patience. The process was smooth.
