  If I could give 10+ stars I would. I worked with Ken Walker.. it was by far the best experience I have had. Ken and his assistant Hattie made the lending part of my transaction so easy and both were always available to answer questions. Ken always was honest with me every step of the way. There is no doubt I’ll be referring him to my friends and family!!

  we thought we did really well, locking in a 4.5% rate in 2014, but after talking with the great team at Network Funding this year, we realized just how much money we were leaving on the table. our lending team provided us with multiple options for paying off our loan early, or slashing our monthly payments. They answered our questions every step of the way, and even helped us chase down paperwork with our separate HELOC lender. In the midst of the pandemic, they saved us a ton of money, and did everything virtually. The only time I had to leave my house was to sign the final paperwork with the title company. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

  I was iffy about refinancing since we were sightly under 15yrs but we had also never refinanced since taking out our mortgage 13 years ago. We went from 6.25% to 2.25%, we couldn't pass up the savings. From start to finish we felt well taken care of. All paperwork was explained in detail and any questions were answered thoroughly and timely. Our loan team, Karen and Leslie, were extremely helpful every step of the way.

  We recently refinanced our primary residence. The refinance process was much like the initial mortgage so we had a basic understanding of what to expect during the process: application, documents, rate/term options, more documents, underwriting, more documents, clear to close, funding. Now what we didn't expect was the amazing experience with this specific team. We did actually shop around for rates and lenders as well. Network Funding response time from the submission of the initial application was 9 days faster than any other the other lenders and by far offered the best rates (lowest rate by other lenders offered was 3.250% compared to Network Funding which locked us in at 2.625%). Our title company told us we had the lowest rate they have seen yet! My Loan Officers, Karen and Leslie, sent me a side by side via email, then personally called to review the options in laymans terms to help us make an informed decision on rates/terms. Their application program allows you to log in and see the status of your loan at all stages although we did not use this feature as our LO kept us up to speed and apprised of any changes along the way. Our lender let us know that we, as borrowers, in combination with our property met certain criteria to qualify for an Appraisal Waiver which helped save us $$. In all, we reduced our mortgage by 10 years and saved $54k in interest in the overall life of the loan. We could not be more pleased with our experience throughout the process, which was nerve racking enough during a pandemic with lenders tightening qualifying criteria for borrowers. PS Fun fact, our first application was to our CURRENT mortgage company which STILL has not responded to the application for refinance.

  We just closed our first residential home loan in over 40 years. The entire process with Network Funding and Jamie Hoggatt was unbelievably efficient and painless. Jamie responded with speed and utmost professionalism to every question and requirement we presented and sometimes we bothered him well beyond normal business hours. He prepared us in advance for each hurdle, resulting in a closing right on time with absolutely no snags.
