  I did refinance with Network Capital after being denied by two other lenders in the the past six months because of my income/debt ratio and being on social security.   I would like to share my amazing experience working with Dylan Morris of network capital New York office. Dylan’s professionalism and customer service were impeccable. I typically don’t answer calls from lenders and for some reason i did this day. I was planning to end the call with a no thank you have a nice day. After Dylan explained to me how over a period of time I could save money on my mortgage and closing could be done in few weeks I was still not Convinced. Dylan stayed on the call with me while I asked question after question outlining what my expectations were and why I did not want to change anything about my current mortgage. After our lengthy conversation I was convince this was An opportunity that I should take full advantage of. Throughout this process he has been punctual with his return calls, emails; while staying Friendly, helpful, and efficient. Dylan work ethics really stood out to me which spoke volumes and made me want to do business with Network Capital. Great work overall 5 stars for Dylan!! I also had the pleasure of speaking to Dylan‘s manager Andrew New York office and Charles Galvez processing agent in the Irvine office. Both were very knowledgeable and insightful and eager to answer all the questions I had surrounding the loan and the closing. Awesome team work. Thank you so much to everyone for a job well done!!   Alessandro Abys was a very professional and courteous employee of Network Capital. I had a lot of questions as we went through the process of refinancing my mortgage. Alessandro took time out of his day to explain everything to me that I questioned. It was a pleasure working with him because he was so patient, knowledgeable and responsive throughout the process. I appreciate everything that was done for me and if I never need to refinance again I would be more then happy to go back to Alessandro and Network Capital.

  A lot of mortgage companies were contacting me to get a refi done, but I ignored them. I received a notice in the mail from Network Capital and I called and spoke to Delon Campbell. He was honest and knowledgeable from the beginning and understood exactly what needed to be done for my situation. Within a few weeks the loan was completed and he responded to my questions and addressed my concerns at all times!
