  Omg this just happened to me. They claimed because of a dispute my card was blocked and my money was still on there. I don’t know what happened that they are allowed to do things like this. If anything they are the fraudulent activity. I had a bill to pay and they tell me oh it was closed today and there is nothing else we can do about . Can’t be reopened and you can’t ever get a account with them again. It ain’t like I cared. But someone need to report them to the better Buisness bureau because they are dirty.

  I filed A Dispute With NetSpend against Tri County Automotive Towing .. NetSpend was supposed to do an investigation against this company and didn't not do any type of investigation at all not even to review how I sign the receipt . Which was Michael I do not want to pay this bill . NetSpend failed to even look at my receipt signature which I lay out in a thorough description in my dispute letter to NetSpend . NetSpend cannot be trusted with your financial well-being they do not care about customers . Their customer service actually tries not to help you and to interfere with you and to try to make it as difficult as possible for you to dispute a claim . NetSpend operates as cheaply as possible. NetSpend lack of service has left me stranded in a Walmart parking lot in Burbank California to thousand miles from home with no means available for return home because I have no money . Because NetSpend failed to do an investigation ! Tri-County Automotive Towing Company, Has Over 30 Complaints Filed Against Them Available for Ppl To see & Read online .. The Company Is A Scams, Overcharges, Steele's things from your vehicle and in my case and many of the other complaint cases damages your vehicle during Towing. It's easy to find evidence that they done this continuously for many years. I filed a dispute with NetSpend. NetSpend issThese other Complaints Are Allmost Identical to Mine... NetSpend issuued a temporary credit while they did an investigation . Although NetSpend did no investigation and and denied my dispute. I was traveling depending on the money from my Social Security that direct deposits into NetSpend NetSpend took that money back out of my account while I was traveling and has left me stranded and Burbank California in a Walmart parking lot for the past 5 days. I can't go anywhere I'm not eating I'm suffering from illnesses not to mention metal suffering embarrassment lost job. NetSpend customer service will not even discuss this with. Netspend's actions cab John emotional harm, hard to my spirit my body my emotional well-being my financial well-being. And NetSpend is done this without any regards to me as a human not even listen to me 1 bit they've actually hung up on me six times I've gotten numerous letters that they would get back to me and 6 hours I've gotten these letters for 5 days. I have one email that it sure is me NetSpend will be in contact and 48 hours. I filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Attorney General, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and Yelp ... NetSpend did no investigation at all into this and how I know is I signed my credit my debit card receipt Michael I do not want to pay this. Please do not make the mistake of using NetSpend they will take advantage of you and your finances. Michael love Burbank Walmart parking lot.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I got a card and put $300 on it. I spent maybe $120 and the next day my balance was $0.55. My money disappears in two separate states that I'm not in and theyrefyse to help me or give my money back. You try and call and only get people who barely speak English and are extremely rude. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for over 30min then hung up on. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!

  Netspend is sneaky. Didn't realize how they are robbing people of 9.99 a month.Rarely u can talk to a live person concerning your money. Netspend is also a predatory loan lender, ripping people off at crazy rates. Take your money from Netspend fast people. They only care about charging you unnecessary rates. BBB, please contact them if you have issues. My card was stolen, they are charging .me to transfer my balance to an issued card from them. Bad, bad ,bad business practices. My money, the full amount should be on my card. Yet, they want to charge me for their gross mistake. Please use a reputable bank,live bank, not a scam like Netspend.

  I believe a class action lawsuit needs to happen against Netspend. We have repeatedly asked them not to send us correspondence with their easily-activated-by-anyone cards, but they continue to do so, putting people's identity at risk. My wife was a victim of identity theft, they have no respect for people's personal information. This company needs to be sued.

  Netspend accepted a refund of 411.32 from harbor freight on my daughters card. They took their out of the deposit and then blocked her card for use Netspend sent her to fraud department she had to send in copies of receipt to their documents department for them to review. She was stuck at a gas station for 7 hours unable to purchase gas (let me remind you they took their monthly fee out of the "suspicious" deposit) but she could not get gas. My 4 month old grandson running 102 fever. They had problem with deposit but refused to send back to harbor freight they could not allow her to get gas or spend her money but they took their money out of it. I would not recommend netspend to anyone. DO NOT DEPOSIT YOUR MOBEY WITH THEM THEYFIND EVERYWAY AND EXCUSE TO KEEP YOUR MONEY OR SHOULD I SAY STEAL YOUR MONEY! THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN OR FINED OR SUFFER SOME KIND OF CONSEQUENCE FOR DOING THIS TO PEOPLE YET THEY JUST KEEP GETTING AWAY WITH RIPPING PEOPLE OFF IT IS NOT RIGHT ANY CARD BUT NOT NETSPEND!!!!! TAKE MY ADVICE GREENDOT, SERVE, BLUEBIRD BUT DO NOT USE NETSPEND SOONER OR LATER THEY WILL GET YOU SAVE YOYRSELF THE HEADACHE!!!

  This bank stole over 900 from me twice!!!! I have only one question why the hell didn't they just hit DECLINE!!!!!! This happened to me 9/2021. I still don't have enough money to pay my bills!!!!!! This ud the lousiest bank ever!!!!!!!

  This company NetSpend is a fraudulent company - do NOT use them - all the phone numbers provided do not allow you to speak to anyone. They let people use wrong addresses and they don’t verify information which allows people to use other people’s information. This company is terrible for doing that - they don’t Care how they make money and hurt innocent people they are dishonest. The Better Buisness Bureau warns you to stay away from this company - hopefully you listen to that!!!!

  This is the worst company to do any kind of business with. You report fraud on your account and still can't use Your money!!!! This is sickening. You have to mail in all kinds of verifications of you to prove you are who you say you are to report some fraudulent activity on your account. I reported one transaction that I didn't do and now I still can't use my money. They are willing to close the account and mail me a check but won't lift the block on my account for me to access my money.
