  I’m fairly new to investing in properties and up until last year I had always looked for mortgage options thru my bank. Last year I was referred to Arlene and her team and what a blessing that turned out to be. Arlene not only found me a great deal but she has also become a mentor and an advisor in my investment property journey. She comes up with ideas that I didn’t even know excited to improve my cash flow and future earnings.   It was a pleasure working with NetLending in the purchase of my home. The team was insightful, communicating every step of the way, answering questions along while providing insightful information on every option I had. They helped me communicate with the bank, the insurance company, explained escrow and went above and beyond with customer service. Very friendly and positive loan, paperwork, and purchase experience.
