  The Rate Rabbit team Austin Garmo , Lona Dickinson, and Charlie Jensen where fabulous to work with. My refinance was easy and closed in 27 Days from when I first spoke with Austin. Everyone has been prompt to respond to any questions. Honestly I have never worked with a company that has customer service as good as you all. Anyone looking to refinance should for sure check out Rate Rabbit. One of the things that made a great first impression was their website. You can get accurate, current, rate information without giving any unnecessary personal information. They don't hide the rates like other sites do. Rate Rabbit saved me about 4 years off my loan term and almost $10,000 in interest and my payment was a little lower too. I couldn't be happier! THANK YOU!

  The rate for my mortgage refinance was the same as I qualified for elsewhere, but with Rate Rabbit, there were no closing fees! Everything went smoothly. If I ever need another mortgage, I'll check with Rate Rabbit first!

  I have refinanced a few times over the years, and each time I use RateRabbit, it is by far the easiest, HANDS DOWN. I am not sure how they are so far ahead of all other companies, but it is truly a great experience going through the process with them. Everything is very transparent, from beginning to end, and each person I had contact with was very knowledgeable, responsive, and competent. I have never experienced any delays whatsoever, and the best part is that the lender credits provided still provide some of the most competitive rates around. If you are considering a refinance, RateRabbit should be the only company you consider!

  We completed our 2nd transaction with Rate Rabbit earlier this year. And just like our first experience, it was no pressure, straightforward with staff that were diligent and knowledgeable. We knew it would take a bit longer due to the current market frenzy but when we checked in with staff for status update - they were prompt with responses, and in the end worked through all of my questions on the final HUD once it was ready (I work through those with a fine tooth comb). I will start with Rate Rabbit any future mortgages we need and would highly recommend Rate Rabbit to friends and family.

  A huge thumbs up to the entire rate rabbit team! I was hesitant at first because Rate Rabbit seemed smaller than their big name competitors but they are 100% indeed legitimate and actually seem to care about their clients (versus just being another number for the big companies). I worked with Austin and it was a phenomenal experience, things went a million times better than expected. I went into the process expecting some trickery (as that's what I had experienced everywhere else) but Austin and the Rate Rabbit team were upfront, honest, and made everything as smooth as possible. I did everything online (I live 2 hours away from their office) and their website makes it easy to know what documents you need to upload so that takes a lot of the guesswork out of what documents you need to gather/organize. Took 35 days from start to finish (refinanced home loan). I would definitely recommend working with Austin. Thanks again.

  Rate Rabbit got me the best APR with the lowest closing costs. The last company I went with, and I thought they were good, they warned me (without evidence) that Rate Rabbit would insert surprise fees that would raise the cost of the refinance. I took the chance anyways and it was a pleasant experience start to finish! The originators Austin and Joe were very responsive, as was the underwriter Felicia! Happy to say my previous lender was completely wrong and I wish I had found Rate Rabbit sooner.
