  We had a great experience with Jason and his team at Fairway. They helped us navigate the home buying process during a very uncertain time to be buying a house. They were able to secure us great rates on a product that worked well for our specific situation. Jason was always very professional, friendly, and most importantly responsive to our questions. As first-time home buyers, my wife and I felt very reassured by this. Jason has been very helpful after closing as well, making sure we are well set-up to transition to home ownership. We would highly recommend he and his team.

  Jason and his team at Fairway provided exemplary service as we financed our first home. Jason is extremely professional, has expert-level knowledge in all areas related to purchasing a home (as well as financial-planning), is always available to call/text/email anytime you have question, works extremely quickly to move you through the finance process, and even feels like family as he coaches and supports you from the time the thought of buying a home is incepted through and beyond the day you close (Jason schedules regular check-ins following the big day to make sure you’re on track and happy with your new home and to coach you through your long-term financial plans). I would recommend Jason and Fairway to anyone looking to finance the purchase of a home, or for any other services provided by him and his team. We will definitely be return customers for any mortgage purchases in the future!

  Jason was so helpful during our home buying process. He was more responsive than any other lender, got back to us quickly and always answered all our questions quickly. He got back to us and even on the weekend when we needed a pre-qual letter. We would recommend him to anyone hands down out of any other lender we've tried working with. During the closing process, he made everything super easy and helped us close quicker than anticipated as well. There was pretty much not one thing to critique Jason and his team for. They were awesome and we appreciate all your phone calls, videos, emails and help to get us in our home. Thank you for making this process so easy when it was so new to us!

  Jason was amazing to work with and I cannot recommend his services enough. He went above and beyond just offering loan options. He was just a quick text, call, or email away to answer any question. The entire process with everyone at Fairway was very smooth, easy, and quick! I am very happy that we got in touch with Fairway and would definitely use his services again for any future mortgage needs.

  Jason was always available to answer all of our questions, he explained the process and made sure we knew what step we were in. Being first time homebuyers can be scary, but having Jason made everything easier. We knew what were getting ourselves into, and we knew exactly what we needed to get our home! He is very knowledgeable, and him and his team work very well together! Thank you for everything!

  Jason is the consummate professional in so many ways. The level of communication my wife and I received throughout our purchase was top of the line. Every time he sent any communication that may require any level of explanation, he made sure to include a video of himself explaining the details, or he would call/text to let us know the information was coming and to please call back with any and all questions. He and his team consistently did work on weekends, and after hours, and made sure that our loan was clear to close three full business days before our contract date. We could not be happier with the service we received from the Fairway team, and are blown away by the additional tools offered for free pre- and post-closing to make our process continue to be smooth. Would give 6 stars if I could.

  The team was very responsive and made it as easy as possible to submit all of the paperwork. They were very helpful and accommodating. Update: this is now the third time I've used Jason's team for financing. Every time, the loan went through smoothly and the team was very helpful and responsive.
