  I had to deposit a check with a legal name change document, and the teller (a petite brunnette) was so gracious and understanding, and made the smoothest transaction for me. She was so warm and professional. I didn't catch her name but she was teller number 1567. She needs a paid vacation and a raise.

  NCU likes to close your checking account without notice and then place you on hold for hours on end when trying to inquire about WHY it was closed!

  The manager here is awesome. She is super helpful and explains things well. Rebecca always follows up when she says she will. That’s the way it should be when talking with your banker!

  Beautifully “and Wonderfully” Made

  Dropped in today to get a cashier’s check. This isn’t my bank, but they are a shared location for my bank. The atmosphere was very inviting. I haven’t been inside of a bank in years and I don’t remember it ever having a friendly feel. The young lady welcomed me as soon as I walked in and when I made it to the counter she gladly walked me over to where I needed to grab a form. The whole atmosphere was just amazing! Thanks for your assistance today!

  This credit union goes way beyond....They have helped me with my credit needs i have 2 loans. Kim is very helpful. She explained everything when I opened my account that I went back to take my wife and son....They both opened an account. Thanks Kim your awesome!!!! I'm proud to be a member.
