      By far my favorite Credit Union in Southeast Texas, only once within 5 years (last year) was there an issue with a bank teller. However it twas a older lady and covid was running rampid, so I let her neglect of professionalism slide, 5 stars

      This is my favorite bank in town. Not only do they have. all the services the big banks do but they have employees that make a big difference. Neches bank employees take the time to know who you are and they. call you if there is suspicious activity on your acct. I had the misfortune to have an unauthorized user get my card and my local bank manager worked diligently with the police in 3 counties in order to restore my funds and apprehend the thief. I'm confident my money is always safe with Neches. And they don't have all the crazy fees for using your own money.

      A great atmosphere !.As soon as you walk through the doors ,they treat you with kindness and respect !!!.It make you start singing !, and you don't care if you hit a bad note !. Oh,By the way,When you do that Mrs.Judy just gonna start laughing !.She gonna tell you to go ahead and continue !. But she gonna JUST keep on laughing and take care of all your business !!!.If I EVER hit BIG on the Lottery , I'll open their own credit union to proceed the profits !!!. They REALLY DESERVE IT !!!!!!!. Love Yall for making me feel at home and like family !!!.Everyone should join !!!.

      The only reason i gave 4 star. Is because they do not have a check and cash deposit after hours. I work a 9-5 job amd its very hard to get there when they ate open :(
