william gore jr1Great place if you want to be harassed and pestered about where you make your money and how much you have. It was always confusing as to why am I being questioned about my paycheck deposit ? Why is a bank clerk so concerned about where my money comes from ? Why do i need to justify my deposits every month to some new person who is confused or nervous about the size of my check. I used to think it was racial but since i cannot even talk to these people i just decided to move on.

Kells1Sadly the VP of Sales did nothing to help me, a 6 year loyal customer, acquire a loan because the my vehicle purchase was “out of NEPA’s footprint”. I asked for documentation of this policy and she did not provide where in writing it states those conditions. NEPA representatives and even its own leadership put me in a bad position, even when I let one of the representatives know I live in Maryland (moved here from Monroe Country) and that I will be buying a car in a DMV area. They’re only option for me was to “apply for refinancing through us” and “go to USAA, they have better rates than us”. All of their lines are recorded, this was actually said by a loan consultant to me, and part of it was reiterated to me by Vanessa. On top of that, she rushed me, a very distressed customer, to hang up because we were on the phone “15 minutes past closing”. Unbelievable customer service. I would not imagine myself saying this, but avoid this place and look elsewhere. From my experience in getting an auto loan, high-profile personnel that I have worked with have been very unprofessional through the entire process, and left me hanging. My time is wasted and I will not be doing business with them ever again

Nadeen Edwards5I love my local credit union. My husband and I have been members for over twenty five years. My children and In-laws all have accounts there. From Car financing, credit cards and insurance to Postage stamps, Friday popcorn and Lolly pops for me and treats for my dog at the drive through. I love that it’s my One stop shop. Employees are courteous, pleasant and helpful.

Claire Wagner5We flew in from Wisconsin to help a family member who is now in assisted living. NE PA was so accommodating and friendly while we consolidated accounts and used their coin machine to count those bottled coin collections. A special thanks to Nicety and Karis. I'm sorry I can't remember the names of all the welcoming people.

Louise Troutman5Love this pace! We used the credit union for our mortgage and vehicle loans and then, when they started handling business loans a few years ago, we refinanced all of our business loans with them. Their employees are polite and friendly and the loan department is a pleasure to deal with. My only negative would be the fact that there seems to be a high turnover rate of the tellers.

Dave R16-9-2021- Just used the NEW and IMPROVED app, apparently NEPA is hiring 8th graders to manage their web page. Used my iPhone and I COULD NOT logout of the app. I can't wait to withdraw my last dime from this politically correct bank. I have been a member of NEPA for over 20 years, the first 18 years I would rate their customer service a well deserved 5 stars, over the last 3 years the customer service barely rates a one star. The degradation in service has NOTHING to do with COVID, the degradation started long before COVID, Today I HAD to visit the branch office and all I can say is the customer service is well below the one star I have to give in order to post. I've been hung up on during a phone call, I've been lied to by Catherine a "mgr" but the most scary part was when they informed me they didn't know why THE IT DEPT broke up a very large deposit I made after selling my house. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK, GET OUT ASAP.

Adam's Jewelry 6115Best experience ever. Will never go back to a regular bank. They work with their customers and will help you out instead of taking advantage of you at every corner. Have never had a bad experience from the time I opened an account until now. They will give you loans and refinance your car at a very great rate.

Francis Rangers1Recently traded out ACTUAL tellers for these integrated teller machines (ITM). Very unsatisfied as this is a move a large network bank would make and moving away from the local Credit Union feel. Probably closing my 5 accounts soon and moving all of my money and loans to a REAL credit union that isn't trying to act like and treat their members like a large, awful network bank.

Nelly Hurl1Terrible place. Awful customer service. Not customer friendly at all or appreciative of having long time loyal customers. Loan departments are a complete joke as well. There isn't one good department in the whole entity. Wasted many years here as a customer. They don't deserve my business
