  My experience with NBKC has been great. They have held to their promises and where I had expectation they have been met.   I absolutely LOVE banking here!!! I can't say it enough! The personal & professional service is top notch!! It's so nice to come into a bank, or drive thru, with such warm welcome's every time!! They are knowledgeable about all of the products there are to offer here too, and explain things thoroughly, never in a rush to get you out..that means a lot to me! We just moved up here a little over a year ago, and I'm so glad I chose banking here! I know that my account is in good hands here. Plus, you get free ice cream on Friday's..how cool is that!? :)

  I had a very poor experience trying to refinance my house with National Bank of Kansas City. The process took forever, there was some information that I was not made aware of going into the process and the whole process was very stressful. I've done refinances before and this was by far the worst one I've done.

  I have been banking with this branch for nearly three years. Despite the turnover in some of the staff members, I have felt as though we are in some ways treated as family. It has a small town feel in the big city!
