  Went in to try and cash a 10k check that was issued by BMO Harris Bank. They not only could not find the company that has them issue the check but they could not even offer advice on how to cash the check. It's no wonder there was not a single customer in this place at 3pm on a Wednesday afternoon. Everyone was at a real bank avoiding this joke of an institution.

  It’s Covid 19 response. 1 bank lobby is closed which is smart. 2. Drive through open from 930am until 4pm. • lobby opens after you go to work and closes before you get off of work. Why can they not work at least “bankers hours”. Lack of accountability for sure. Top it off east branch is closed so when you drive 30 minutes away and the bank is closed at 4pm it is a bit frustrating.

  One branch will cash a check if you're not a customer no matter the amount. This location acts like it's a company wide policy not to. They are not very friendly or helpful if you are not a customer.

  Definitely a not good bank anymore , especially if Katie it’s the ones that it’s helping you , wife have issues with our cards been out of town because of the system and this woman been rude not give any solutions until we talking to the manager and showing up to the bank to get our new cards she doesn’t want to help us
