  Absolutely the Best Credit Union ever! The Best Customer Service, from Reception Teller, to Teller, Loan Agents, Supervisors, Drive-Thru service and ATM access! Debbie, Bruny, Wendy, Cris, Robert, Lupita, Aracely, Eliana, All staff! We are always greeted and assisted in a timely manner! We've been with Navy Army Brownsville location since it opened on Ruben Torres!

  Worst bank ever, no one answers the phone and when they do its someone not even in that branch. I was told the loan officer goes in at 1pm and I called and was told she was out to lunch. Don't bother with them, not GOOD!

  Today was launch of new system. I can't get in to view account details and balance. After updating with new password, screen is blank and because it is after hours there is no one to help. 1) New system should have been thoroughly tested before implementation and 2) There should be extended customer service for implementation period (at least a few days) ... apparently neither so that is the type of customer service to expect ... other negative reviews about 30+ minute hold times support my opinion. Edit: lowered my rating from 3 to 2 because nearly half the time I make a trip to the bank to use the ATM outside of bank hours it is down or not functioning properly. ATM machine, nowadays, are an integral part of banking customer service and sub-standard ATM availability is very annoying when you take the time to make a trip just to discover you wasted your time and gas for nothing not just once but several times in the past few months.

  Bank is great but good luck getting anyone on the phone after you get a loan. Hold times are always at least 30 min.

  I love this credit Union. I really recommend opening an account here. It is great to work with a banking institution that has your financial well-being in mind, rather than their stockholders.
