  We needed to get financing for a new car and Matthew B our loan officer was beyond helpful. Not only did he help us with our loan but he also gave us great advice on how to deal with the dealerships and even got on the phone with them when there was confusion about our pre approval letter. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and we will definitely be coming back for any future loans we need.

  Worst bank ever.. was depositing money into the ATM and it accepted it but i forgot my debt card and the money was never officially deposited into my account so i call to tell them my situation and they speak to me so rude like im lying. ATM's have cameras... like go check them??? Closing my account. This branch location is the worst.

  Wont be coming here at all. Find another bank thanks easier to work with. Dont come here for a cashier's check if you dont have an account.

  Have a business account and got a charge that I didn't do and they can't do anything I called them message them before the charge went thru and they cant dispute charge cause its a business account so that means my money isn't safe with navy army federal credit union

  I love my bank very professional and well kept. I do argue at times with the ATM”s when it doesn’t take my card several times lol but other than that there great!

  I would like to thank Navy Army staff for helping me out with my transactions. Specially, a BIG THANK YOU to Ms. Villarreal for assisting me and my family with our Loan request and transactions. She provided a great customer service and was very professional. I highly recommend this bank to anyone who is in search of opening an account, save some money or request a loan. The place is very clean and they are following COVID-19 protocols to ensure customer's wellness. They also offer Bilingual (spanish and english) customer service if needed. So far, this is my favorite Bank.

  I went in to replace my debit card and was advised to activate it at the atm but when I advised them it wasn't working I got attitude. She then rudely told me I have to give it time and just snapped back her responses when I inquired as to how much time I needed to wait? The staff here ought to be more professional, friendly, and patient with customers

  It’s been over a year with this Covid and they are still locking main lobby’s !!! Do you realize how long it takes to pay mortgages , loans, and ,cash checks though the drive through!!!!??? I give this bank a ton of business and they are about to lose it to another bank. So disappointed with the new service !!!!

  Our lobby was closed due to the inability to adequately staff and a decision was made to service our members through the drive-thru for a short period of time. We are happy to announce that the lobby will be opening on Tuesday, February 16th. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

  this is the WORST bank I've ever had!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They will literally just laugh in your face for anything. I recommend NO ONE to have this bank! They charge me for EVERYTHING and the three months I had them I had to get 3 new bank cards because they kept messing up with my account. If you're looking for someone to steal your money Navy Army is your best bet!!
