  These people sold my husband a tool for $300 that was broken (it’s used for a car so the only way we can test it was when we had the Available time to which was 2 days later) needless to say we had no idea!! When we tried to return the assistant manager GLORIA said why didn’t we buy warranty that WASN’T even offered to us to begin with, we didn’t even know you can buy warranty! So we let her know and all she had to say was nothing can be done we would only get back $100 and she was nothing but purely RUDE and only wanted to argue. I told everyone I know about the situation and everyone thinks she should have done something more since it was already broken and we weren’t offered warranty. Get your things and attitude together and CORRECT!

  Ps2 $80 with the controllers falling apart and told they couldn’t test it??? Sounds like management needs a reality check. They get one star though because the girl who was helping us was nice and it’s not her fault they they took something they can’t sell.

  God awful customer service, but it is a pawn shop so does anyone truly care about that? Probably not. Either way...don't expect to have a private conversation, because the employees feel the need to arrogantly answer your question when you weren't even talking to them.

  Best experience in bartering ever!! I came in to look at selling my tools and Gloria was awesome. I sold my tools but found something I wanted so we arranged a great plan to use my tools as credit to buy a Ryoli compressor. Thanks to Gloria and Jerry for helping me work out a better outcome.

  Inventory mostly junk ...what few things they do have that might be worth buying are overpriced even beyond retail...staff has minimal knowledge of merchandise and pricing. Watched an employee struggle with simple arithmetic. Very disappointing location honestly need new management and workers who can do math. Love the corporation itself but it's sad when your workers are bottom of the barrel.

  Sold me fake Gold!!! And refused to give me a refund. I tested the jewelry at home myself with my eletrictonic gold tester (not the scratch test that they use) it came back as gold shell or plated ... So I tried to go back and get my money back and explain my situation but Mark the main manager wasn't having it didnt even look at the crack were you could see the underline metal just that I wasn't getting my money back and there was nothing i could do expcet sell it back if i didnt want it... How insulating ! Worse pawn shop in town.
