      I went to deposit some cash and cash a check and there was only one teller open. Mind you there was about 5 individuals in line. There would have been more but 3 folks walked out after waiting for a while.. This seems to me like they need to work on their staffing during work hours. I will not visit this branch again..

      The rudest customer service representatives they saw me standing in line waiting to get into the bank and closed the doors on me I attempted to explain my situation and they refused to listen. Worst and slowest branch ever

      Hours of operation not good you have to take time off from work to take care of your bank business. Their hours should be nice 1100-1700, this way people get off work and take care of business. For that I give them a 1 starts rating, because I can’t give them a 0 starts.

      WORST EXPIRIENCE!! I became a member not long ago through my brother which then I took my daughter to open an account. She deposited almost $8,000 in August to her account. Unfortunately she learned a big lesson, that she needs to verify through statement and online that her money is there, even though your intention for the money is just to save it and try not to use it.. Not because you get a deposit slip you are ok. She needed spending money because we were going on a vacation, we were due at airport at 11:00. AM. She stopped by the ATM earlier to get spending money for vacation only to find out she did not have the money in her account. Obviously it was chaos because she wanted answers and bank was closed. She called the 1-800 an they said SORRY no record of you depositing anything. Our manager called the bank and they talked to the teller that helped you and they are clear on the accounts for the day you said you made your deposit.You have to go talk to the bank personnel to see if they can help you there. We were already lined up waiting for bank to open. To find the front desk person uncooperative questioning her as to why till now. His name is WILLIAM. That they already had received a called about it and that he was sorry they couldn't do anything about it. We kept insisting to talk to the manager, which his response kept being ,she is busy. He kept questioning why she comes after a month, that she should of done something before. After a while of explaining herself as to why she was careless, my daughter mentioned to him he was the teller that had done the transaction. That's when I insisted on the manager. Finally Assist. manager Edith came. My daughter went into the office with her and she was very helpful. They viewed the footage for the day of the deposit . It was confirmed that WILLIAM the teller had made some sort of mistake. She was told they were going to look into it. The moment we are getting to airport she gets a call saying they found her money. That she would be able to access it in about 3 days. We get back from our vacation to find that we need to go prove our eligibility. I can't see my account until my brother goes in to prove how he became a member. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??????? THEY MAKE A MISTAKE AND WE ARE THE ONES BEING QUESTIONED!! NEEDLESS TO SAY MY DAUGHER CLOSED HER ACCOUNT TODAY!!!

      They have the best customer service in banking. I dropped Wells Fargo and went here to back. Now instead of paying the back in fees. The back is paying me in cash rewards. They have the credit cards with the lowest interest.
