  I saw Hector, a real human being helping an elderly man with a very complicated situation, seemed as this person had lost every ID form. Hector went above and beyond to help up to his limitations. I commend him for his demeanor and spirit to assist. Will continue to have our buisness account with B.O.A.

  4 tellers, 1 open. Nice people, but the lines get as long as 50 minutes. There is only 2 bankers to help you, they are books all day. Can’t even help you with resetting your PIN. Edit: just got out of here, what an passive aggressive attitude

  There’s always only 1 or 2 tellers, 3 or 4 walking around. Lines that extend around the building at times. They tell you to use the atm if possible instead of going to a window to help. Hate coming to this branch, but the others aren’t that different. Going to a different financial institution for sure.

  Me again, i has to come to the bank again and the customer servicio was the same of not worse! Branch mánager came out to chat with some Friends un front of me and he saw 4 cashiers and only one working and the bank was full 30 minutes when i han only 1 perdón un front of me. The customer servicio is very bad. They have 10 places to "help" customers and normally There's only 2 Max 3 Windows Open. I supone with the mánager and IT seems he missed the customer servicio class.At least I was able to get his name to put a complaint and try to escalade this to another level. I was in a merchant linea and It took me 30 minutes with only 2 people infront of me.

  Could do better... Lines are excessive, be prepared to wait 1-2 hours in the heat for services. Two tellers on duty. Maybe they should spend less on security and more on putting tellers behind desks.

  I went into this branch today in a wheelchair. They refused to open up the ADA teller and made me wait until all the other customers (including some who came in after me) to wait on me. I went to a regular teller stand after asking to go to the other. They told me to verify a transaction on the video that I could not see. I said I could not see it and they said unless I hit "enter" without seeing it, they would not give me the money. While I was there an elderly man who walked with a cane fell and the personnel would not help him until I yelled at them and told them to go help him. I found out later the man who refused to help was actually the bank manager. He was too busy flirting with a teller to help me or the elderly man who fell on the floor. HORRIBLE place.

  Wow, i could not believe it took 35 mins to cash my check and there were only 3 people ahead of me. There was only 1 cashier helping and 5 drinking coffee in the back. There worse then CBP at the San Ysidro Port of Entry.

  There is always one cashier or two to take care of customers, if you need to cash a check or withdraw money plan ahead it will take you at least 30 minutes for someone to take care of you!!! Worst service ever....

  Worst customer service I have received from a bank, they don’t care that they have a line going out the door of ppl that need help yet they only put 2 employees at the teller to help customers while the others are just hanging around watching or sitting down, will not be doing business with this branch ever again

  Absolutely horrible service. They know this is a busy branch, yet there always two, at most three tellers working resulting in sometimes 30-40 minute waits. Complete disregard for people’s time.
