  Wonderful branch. Everyone here is amazing and extremely helpful. We have all of our business and personal accounts here. Have used many banks in the past but Navy Federal is top notch!

  Everytime I go in there they're quick, friendly, and accurate. Amazing service unlike the bank that is across the street. Won't mention their name but starts with BofA.

  Over the years I have used different banks and Credit Unions, but I finally tried NavyFed, referred to me by a family member. I have to say that I haven't had a better experience. From setting up my original account, depositing a check, to opening up a Business Account. Everyone has been nothing back super helpful and knowledgeable. First time setting up a Business account, Kate was extremely helpful and gave me great advice on what kinds of accounts to open depending on the services I needed. Rarely do I leave a bank more knowledgeable about something, then when I went in. I have been recommending this Union to everyone I know. Thanks Navy Fed for great services...

  Love NavyFed and have been a customer since day 1 of boot camp. Currently setting up an account for my gf and their interest rates are almost double than Bank of America. Going to be a customer for life...

  Don't expect you will be able to call your local bank, you will always be routed to a national number. Like the post office, they want you to wait in line, seldom do they have enough people on hand to prevent long lines. Unlike a real bank they are not equipped to support business services. If all you need is a place to have your paycheck sent they're not bad, but even at that I would look at USAA.

  Horrible service by A woman named ZONA she gave me trouble with my check because I was of a different skin color !!! Decided to go to a different navy fed in Grossmont and no troubles there. First and last time going to the one in Santee.

  Horrible workers. They shut the door at 3:58 two minutes before closing time on a Saturday so my family was left with no funds for the weekend.
