  Finally. Thank you so much for opening up this location. Now I don't have to drive damn near 20 miles one way to the Stockbridge location anymore. I dreaded having to go there because of the distance, parking issues, large crowds, long waits, poor customer service, etc. Which brings mean to this relatively new location. I have absolutely no complaints for this NFCU branch location. You're always greeted with friendly, inviting and welcoming smile from the front desk staff from the time you walk through the doors. Excellent, professional, friendly, customer service from the tellers. Just all around exceptional customer service. With fast, efficient, pleasant satisfactory experiences every time I visit.

  This branch location is terrible! The lines are always long and the workers stand around instead of being proactive in expediting the process. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location it is like this every time I go.

  These banks are too far apart for service. I understand the tellers have to be diligent and thurough when it comes to customers accounts and money but please include efficiency in the mix. The wait time is way too long here for services. Someone needs to delegate a more effective method of completing customer needs here.

  Slowest bank ever. I agree with another review. This is ridiculous. Only one teller. Four others in office, only one is taking customers, and another look like she writing in her journal. I waited 2 HRS....for them to tell me what I'm trying to do can not be done...TF!!! Do not come to this location. The worst!!!! Was attempting to open an account for my newphew but yeah ain't no way in hell I would bank here.

  I went there on February 2nd to get a witness signature on a documentation and I was first greeted by a female upfront told her what I needed she said sure we can do that just form in the line so when the teller young male call me up I explained to him that I just wanted a witness signature he stepped away to ask the female up front one I already spoken to that said they do signature and he came back to me and said "No" we don't do it, he didn't even ask me if I have an account with them just decline me saying they don't do that. I decided to contact customer service and she said she'll contact them to be sure because not all of them assist with that then came back and said yes they'll do it. I was very angry at this time because of what they had already said to me, and all that driving I did I felt like I wasted my time there, they're so slow and not knowledgeable with certain things so l went to my other credit union which I love so much because they do care about their members and Military. Glad I did.

  Atms never work. Money has been taken by ATM machine for the second time. They need to do better with this location. I know its a dispute process for this issue but this is stressful on rent/bill day. I will be making a formal complaint.

  Only 2 physical Teller Stations - always a long line when I come here. Need to stop apologizing for “being short staffed” and add Teller Stations and employees to fill them to fix the problem.

  Happy there is a closer location and avoiding the I-75 and traffic. But how you made a bank with only 2 teller desk??? It was a teller with a separated desk from one another and accessible It was a really stupid design. I waited 25 minutes to deposit my cash and it wasn't by the teller either. It was done by the employee that sit down with you when you want to open an account or do loans or whatnot. Before I get a smart remark, I know I can use the ATM to deposit my cash, but only the first $200 would be available immediately because of their policy.

  My experiences inside the branch saw rude and inefficient service. Pack a lunch when you go to this location for service because there’s always a long wait.

  Long lines. Had to wait over an hour total wait time including waiting in line to make a deposit and depositing cash. I never had to wait to deposit cash at another navy federal. They need to get another system.
