Nae S1If you visit this branch steer clear of Janice. She has absolutely NO customer service skills and a terrible attitude. I usually visit the branch on E Colonial but came here today as it was more convenient. I’ll stick with my location to avoid having to deal with her. Give her some training on compassion and servicing her customer. Can’t imagine how she treats Veterans. I will say that the Assistant Manager here is very nice because I definitely called to complain.

Victoria V1Replacing a debit card is only an “in person” service, not drive-thru, even though they can see your face and can verify your license/Photo ID. However you can still withdraw from your account?? Ok. Waste of time even after calling customer service to confirm before making the trip to WinterPark. Probably switching to fairwinds soon as they’re a credit union and more accessible and convenient.

alyssa rios1I wish I could give zero stars. I had a horrible experience at this branch. I went through the drive through because I was sick and I didn’t want to get out of my car. They refused to do two separate transactions and made me come inside even when I informed them that I wasn’t wearing shoes. I went inside to complete my transactions and the teller Denise acted like it was a pain for her to deposit my cash because I had a lot of one dollar bills from my waitressing job. When I left the building it had started raining so I had to walk through the wet parking lot in my socks. Humiliating experience. I sat in my car and cried after because I was so upset.

Catherine Ford1Update: I miss the admiral that was the CEO. He knew how to run this bank properly, as well as listen to its customers. You would think 42 years of loyalty to this bank would mean something to them when you get into a financial pickle and need a bit of help, but after the president left the company they definitely do not care for your loyalty only your money. Customer service has also gone downhill throughout the year, my father is a leutinent commander and all Veterans deserve better.

Gee Mary1Where can I begin. 1st my husband and I bank with Navy Fed, he is a retired veteran I am still an active duty member. Up until 1 month ago I am sad to say such distasteful things about this company’s loan mortgage process officers . And this includes their supervisor. 3 times we have called and left numerous messages for a call back to discuss our outcome on our loan and no one has called us back. We never spoke to the loan officer we basically dealt with a ghost leaving Courtney Moseley NMLS ID ending in 3747 many voicemails. Exhausted the time calling over and over! As a veteran this is disappointing as I bank with them because I thought Veteeans and families are their priority as of now no call last call was yesterday and nothing. Called last week twice sent her emails and nothing . We are 100 % sure our process was mishandled . How can we confide in a decision when we were not even asked questions or able to ask during the process . We did it all online and never heard from them again. If we don’t get a call after this review we may have to consider moving to a business that really appreciates ours. I am standing by to see if anyone in Navy Fed is going to provide me their name and number to contact directly help us the right was , as we feel that the person we dealt with is sad to say worthless and very unprofessional.
