  My experience with Tom Flood and Brandon King were probably some of the best business dealings I've had. Over my life of 60 years I have dealt with many levels of professionals in Person, By Phone, Online, Video, Email, and Text Messaging, Heck, Smoke Signals were probably in there somewhere as well. Being a Home Inspector I deal with a lot of folks on a personal basis. Tom and Brandon made our experience very personal and professional. Walking us through everything every step of the way with answers to all of our questions and a quick turnaround on the closing. A very special thanks to the two of you and your team for what you did for us. We will be sure to recommend and refer you to anyone that we come in contact with looking for a mortgage broker.   What an amazing experience. My fiancé and I were dealing with a different large company mortgage broker. The process was dragging . So we were recommended to speak with Josh. In a short amount of time we were blown away as Josh also uncovered the previous company was buying our rate down, adding additional charges and did not communicate this with us. Josh was able to get the approval done at a lower rate then we were approved for prior without buying the rate down . He also worked hard with Bobby to get our loan processed and closed FAST . We closed over a week earlier then projected . Josh and Bobby were more than professional, responsive and made our experience seamless and stress free .
