  I’ve been waiting here Since 9:43 AM it is now 10:58 AM. Two people were behind me and they were both helped already. I was told that they called my name about 20 minutes ago but I didn’t hear my name. Two bank employees already changed watch on the front receiving customers the first one I’ve never waited this long to get helped. I’ve been a member with Navy Federal credit Union since 1986

  came at the best time of the day, no line at all. transaction went very smooth. And shout out to ms. Beth, she was really nice, and guided me through out the transaction. I recommend to go here around 12noon for faster service, and dont forget to use the express lane if your only here for single transactions of either deposits or withdrawals 😉😉😉.

  My husband and I made a cash deposit at a co-op atm, thinking that because it was a cash deposit we would instantly have access to our money. we didn't want to travel with a large amount of cash. we needed the money for a funeral. we needed to pay the funeral expenses but our money was not released. I went to several banks and nobody was willing to help us. we finally went to the bank located in national city and the branch manager helped us after we explained our situation. Customer service at it's best.

  This Credit Union is the worst i have ever encountered. I deposited a number of checks via their online app, signed, noted ' for deposit only', and fcu did not deposit Nor notify me by secure messaging. Something like this is so bad, that all the 'five star' ratings mean nothing. Customer service was a joke..the woman mocked me..

  I’ve been a member with navy federal for 2 decades and the staff are very friendly and helpful no issues every time I visit the best bank ever!!!!

  Cindy was horrible . She would not cash my check in full . She said she’d have to have the hold the check when my previous vist the bank never acquired the hold even with witnesses there . She was taunting me into talking more in depth about what she didn’t want to do and left me short in paying my bills this weekend , thanks to that condescending woman . I’m not stupid and I know it’s up to the tellers “judgement” wether if they want to hold it or not . She’s not the owner she just another employee that clocks in and clocks out . Do your job stop playing a role you don’t get paid for

  Do not used the left atm machine for cash deposit..!!! I did a deposit there and my money got jammed I went inside the bank to file a claim.. they told me the camera does not record when you deposit the money only your face so if the drop does not match what you said you deposit it gets denies well now i’m 100 dollars short ..!!! Like honestly i’m so upset how can i miscounted 100 dollars like this incredibly crazy..!!! I already talk to someone on the phone from the bank because the bank is closed when I found out and even though he was nice feels like he did not help a lot.. i have to go to the bank personally and talk to someone because apparently i don’t know how to count.. i thought maybe i miscounted 5 dollars but 100 come on..!!! This will definitely be the last time i use an atm machine in my life..!!!!

  Huge Line! but the team Usually handles the rush in a decent time. Go to any other location and leave this as your last resort. If you’re coming here... PARK AS FAR WAY AS YOU CAN No joke. The closer you park to the bank, the higher chance there is that Your car it’s going to get hit by an old lady. Last time I went, I saw 2 different ladies hit 2 cars and didn’t even bother to tell the owners while they’re right next to them and to end the circus, another lady hit my car with no mercy with her door and literally look straight to my eyes like it’s my fault, took my soul and walked away from me as fast as she could.

  Navy Federal is wonderful. I have access to my account with an app , online and even inside the bank. They`re so kind and respond back to me when I have a question and send it through their message option online . They show the transaction and whats been processed . It's accurate
