California Coast Credit Union - National city Branch Reviews

Alexei Zaldua1I would not know were to start. This Credit Union is the worst credit Union ever. Always with policies that consider their own interests and never the customer. They gave me a vehicle pay off quote and when I took the check they wanted to charged me more money. I asked them to fin the pay off amount they gave me and they did not have it on record. I had to pay off more money for my car. Not recommended at all....

Melanie Mendoza1I had received three different checks from client amounting up to $6,000 dollars. Came here to cash them and they said they could only cash ONE due to the fact that the bank didn’t have enough money? That if I wanted to come the upcoming Friday (keep in mind I came a Saturday) there would be money deposited until then. How does a bank not have money? Also, the teller Amaris was very slow typing with one finger the whole time. When it came to counting my money, she counted it WRONG. She said 8 bills of one hundreds was $1,000!? And to top it all off, she didn’t even give me my receipt!? Until I asked for it and she said they didn’t give receipt to non members???? What type of bank does that!? Ridiculous. Zero stars!
