  Best bank I have ever had. They are so helpful and friendly. Also the only bank I've had that you can get a debit card printed at a branch location. That's a HUGE plus!

  I've always experienced great customer service here in the past. Today I came in to make a deposit and requested some coin holders to turn in a bunch of coins. Unexpectedly two employees helped me count and ready my coins for deposit. I really appreciate them for that. I wish I would've gotten their names to add on this post.

  I deposited checks on the branch and where not process correctly. By policy, it was supposed be only a one day hold on my checks unless they had a "reasonable cause", after 2 days hold on my cashier checks, I called to figured out what was the issue. To my surprise, they froze my accounts and was on thousands on the negative side (overdraft). They even took my prior funds that I had on my checkings. Then dipped into my savings account and took 1/3 of my savings. WTFreak!!!! That'll be the last time I deposit checks! and direct deposit.

  They need to hire more people to do multiple jobs. When there's a line out front of at least seven people you need to get more people helping your customers, instead of answering" we're doing the best we can we'll get to it as soon as possible." I waited in line 10 minutes and decided I would go back at another time. This is the second time I have had to go back to that Branch to get a particular job done inside the bank.

  Member since 2011 and not ever have i had a issue or a complaint about NFCU. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and overall fast paced. The most i have ever waited in line has been 10-12min unlike many crowded and rushed banks. Their app is so amazing and easy to use. Depositing checks from my mobile phone is very convenient to my busy everyday life and the money is available instantly. How cool is that. Can i say that in my personal opinion they are the best bank i have ever had thank you Navy Federal Credit Union!!!! 😀

  I’ve had good experiences inside however the atm machine is ALWAYS down which is very inconvenient after having to drive all the way up there and then the lobby isn’t open as early or late as when I need to deposit or withdrawal my cash. Definitely a pet peeve of mine with this location.

  Every Navy Federal I've been to there has always been a Notary at the desk as soon as you walk in. Not the case with this one! Beyond slow! I'm waiting as writing this! They need to have more tellers to be versatile! There is a lady standing at the front not doing anything while multiple people are waiting.

  I've been a member since 2015 and I have never regretted it. The personnel are great and very professional. Whenever I have any questions, they are more than happy to work with me and give me the best options for my situation. I am so grateful for Navy Federal!

  I was going to a purchase a home, so was required to open an account. Loan officer called and had me set up the account. The phone rep spelled my name wrong. ..loan officer showed me. So called back, agent couldn't change it said I have to complete a name change form and he cldnt cancel my debit card with wrong name and send a new one. He told me go to bank....if I was able to make it to bank I wouldn't have called to open the account in the first place. Spoke to his manager who talked over me and was very rude.

  Great customer service, never an issue. I've been banking with them 4 years, much better then USAA. Saturday morning are usually busy until 11.
