LIAL HUNGERFORD1Bad service by Assistant Manager Kaloua Oilidia. Walked in to get general Information. If looks could kill. The Arab lady at the front desk looked angry and upset to be there. In a cold manner snapped, and said how can I help you? Such a bad facial expression I just walked over to tellers to get help instead. I did not complain to the tellers, I just asked who that lady was. The teller said she is our assistant branch manager. The teller even looked afraid just to mention her name. Must be horrifying to work there. On my way out saw her standing in the lobby looking down at her cell phone. Nice 5.9 inch high heels though, looked like she was going to dance down town. Not professional , did not feel welcome. Who hires those people.

Damian Maynard5Excellent Customer Service. The agent named Marina helped me ensure that I was assisted with my account. She did a good job and very appreciative for what they do. Professional, integrity, knowledgeable, and no problems. I really like this credit union.

Damian Copado Maynard5Never had any problems with this credit union. In fact theyve been very helpful in getting where you may need to be with finances. The access to lines of credit cards or loans is reasonable with the institution. Just an update: Today on Jan 02-2021: Daisy Gonzalez assisted me in helping me meet my expectations and was very patient and benevolent. This was over live video banking and its very convenient to have when at home or on the go. I really like this credit union its atmosphere, staff, and scenery of location.

Scott Evans1Very poor service. I was on line for over 1.5 hours for a video teller. I think that they only have 1 teller working because at the machine it took over 10 minutes to get a person on line when I got to the machine. They don’t have chairs for older people and if one of them faints and falls, they will liable since they don’t offer seats for those that need it. And trying to find the appointment line, good luck in finding it. The drive thru was taking even longer than the video teller line. Poor management and customer service. I will be taking my money out as soon as this pandemic is over!

Gail Haley1You should never use FirstLight Credit Union, particularly the one on Kenworthy Street. They say they mail statements out to you in the mail and I never received them, that is not secure for their customers. None of their machines work, for the convenience of the consumer. For three months they say they try to mail out new debit cards with chips in them and again I never received them in the mail. ( it's either the Postal Service or the credit union service), either way it is not secure. When they decided to close my debit card use with no notice to me , it took me 4 hours of waiting to be able to receive a new debit card.NEVER,NEVER , use FirstLight Credit Union, you will not be treated with respect. You can get better rates for your accounts and a low interest rate on your credit card if you check around with other institutions. FirstLight Credit Union is not a secure place for your money

KoeTV Redsky Group1This bank all the time have TECHNICAL DIFICULTIES with its APP and website that is a stupidity because if they make around 150,000.00 for every 1,000.00 dollars deposited on 1000 people's accounts just to say a number , is incredible to experience issues with its poor system . I think would be a good idea to start saving my money inside my mattress.

faviola rodriguez1Would defiantly rate -10 if I could.As a first time home buyer along with my husband we experienced the most unprofessional and incompetent service from this bank.We got notified of missing documents until the day after it was supposed to be our closing day. Not to mention this loan officer left everything for last minute and was unprepared for our closing date. There was nothing worked on literally until the day after closing day. He had our info sitting on his desk for months. We took our business elsewhere. Will never use their service again!

I can do just about everything online including apply for my mortgage which has been a very positive experience. In the rare instance that I do need to go into the branch, the people are always very friendly and helpful.
