  Yessssssss all the Navy Federal employees are amazing, but Annie definitely stands for A-MAzing! Since this location opened she has made every visit a delightful one. Even if she's not my teller she still manages to say hello to myself & other members by name as we conduct business. Her customer service speaks volumes of how great member services can be.

  I tried going to my own Bank first (Chase) to have a document notarized. The lady had an appointment coming in and wouldn’t be able to help for an hour and a half. They sent me to UPS, they don’t have a notary on staff. So I stopped at Navy Federal Credit Union even though I don’t have an account there and they were friendly and willing to help right away. Thank you!

  First time at this location .The staff is so welcoming and helpful. Went there with our daughter so she could help us . The two ladies that assisted us were awesome. We got our new cards and helped set up survivorship. With handling 3 cards and all the paperwork, could not have asked for better service. Made us feel like family. I highly recommend going to this brand new location I wish I could remember the names. I do want to also Thank Jorge the young man who greeted us. Very professional and made us feel at ease, unlike other financial institutions.

  Been with NFCU since USN retirement in 1996, but still can’t get clear info on new car loans. Does one apply for the loan, then find the vehicle, or find the vehicle then apply for the loan (seems most likely) only to find the car is already gone? Also, loan minimum shows $XXX, but examples right below it show different. Dazed and confused.
