Sia Korea1First and last time visiting this specific branch ! The Snr Manager has to have been one of the most unpleasant agents I had came across while trying to be patient due too the long wait time. Everyone else did an excellent job. I'll also be filing a written complaint on her.

Robin Moore5While speaking with Ms.Julie I felt she did her job and I felt her kindness through the phone with every word she spoke about my account and she was extremely sure everything was going fine. After 20 minutes she solve everything and that felt like a huge Hug to my 💜! She's ROCK'IN iT 💯 Always 👌 This bank Always makes me felt great and valued every time I need their help, and we always need someone to calm us when things turn upside down.Thank you so much 💯 Everyone#RLM

Jordyn Mathews2Employees are great but there wait time is ridiculous and no way should they have a line wrapped around the building with people wondering when they will be acknowledged.

lee Citizen5I have banked at several different banks in the memphis area and none of them can compare to the friendliness and all around support that Navy Federal has. Even the call center people are friendly and helpful.

Matthew Garmon1Cool staff but be prepared to wait atleast 45 minutes to withdraw cash. 1 sometimes 2 people working behind the desk

Douglas Dowell2Can't really complain about the staff but the cleanliness of the property could sure use some work. I've been through McDonald's drive thru's that are cleaner than the teller machine drive thru here. Not sure why the people managing this location have such low standards.

S Baack2I hope my experience is better than it has been so far. My husband and I have been with the same bank for so long and also our financing has also been great with the banks we typically use. We first came in contact by assuming an auto loan recently. We asked all the questions we thought we should. We got preapproved, also decided to put both of us on the loan only to assure that the interest was super low. We both have superb credit without a flaw and when obtaining our information we were told that our rates could range from 2 percent/ on a brand new vehicle and that was using the amount we were comfortable in paying monthly. So my husband goes to the bank - and comes back with a blank check and that wasn’t what we were use to. We like knowing all the terms; it wasn’t really comfortable . We decided to go with the numbers that were discussed in hoping everything would work out fine . We got the vehicle. We have them all our info and of course a savings acct that had to be opened as well. We were told we would immediately get an email and how to access it and get into the system . We kept looking for the email and it never came to either of us . No phone calls . I tried calling - no help. He eventually called and someone got him in the system . We receive mail a few weeks later telling us it was very important to come to the branch and give them our identification to prove our identity and we failed to respond to the welcome packet that we never received . The letter stated that we would be penalized a certain percentage of something on our account . When he received the check he tried speaking with someone but they said that person was at lunch , I spoke to someone on the phone that helped me get in the system and they tell me to go to the branch as well . I make it down to the branch and a lady meets me at the door and tells me that everyone is busy and to wait outside and she would come and get me. While I am waiting - 15-20 customers in and out . Several customers ask me if I am waiting to go inside - I tell them I need someone at the desk - as a few of them did as well- the decided to walk on in and no one stopped them - so after a half an hour waiting outside , I became a bit overwhelmed seeing that everyone else had no problems and I never got help and was needing to get my children a half an hour a way. So this being the second time trying and no help . I couldn’t make a deposit that was required on the account and couldn’t obtain info on the loan we assumed. I just received a bill - but we still don’t know the terms of the loan or anything . The bill states that the interest is 5.58 percent which is higher than the last several loans we have had . I couldn’t tell you how many months , reasons why it was higher, or anything . I am at a loss at this point and thought I did everything I should have done . I don’t really feel valued as a customer here . I have had one gentleman on the 1800 number at night that was very helpful and was able to find out that they entered my phone number wrong, also my email was incorrectly put in - bc the woman that helped me on the 1800 a week prior that helped - I couldn’t understand why I still couldn’t get in . Thankfully to the nice man - he helped fast and efficiently to get through that part . I sure wish and hope this gets easier and we definitely wouldn’t have used navy federal knowing we could have gotten a better rate with anything else . I’m sorry and hate to complain - but I dread needing to call or go back 20-25 minute drive one way again and possibly dealing with the same situation again . I may become more agitated and not be so kind and I am trying to avoid this situation .

Ms B5I recently opened an account at Navy Federal and refinanced my vehicle. The process was smooth online, but I got the runaround to get the payoff check. I received the runaround with the individuals on the phone, the 1.888, number, which is the headquarters. The 1.888 number is the only number available. I could not speak with anyone at an actual branch location which was very frustrating because everything is operating different due to COVID restrictions. The people at the headquarters do not do a good job communicating with individual branches and misinformed me about the process of receiving my payoff check. Ms. Brenda works at the Millington, TN location and she was very patient and thorough. She made my experience great and took care of what I needed. If you need help at this location, ask for Ms. Brenda or Ms. Freda, they're great!

Joseph H2I deposited a large cashiers check and was told it would be available in 3 business days. They held it 5 business days and I missed a sale on a truck I wanted. Don't believe what they tell you at the teller window. Verify it with a supervisor if it's a large deposit.

Cheryl Macklin5The people their are usually friendly and very professional. They do their very best to quickly access your every need & anything else you may need with a friendly smile. If you need to call by phone you normally will get the same reaction as you did when you went in person. I , also, truly appreciate the rates and other offers that they have😊🥰
